New training series will introduce features, benefits, and techniques for using Cisco quality of service (QoS) on networks providing voice over IP, Unified Communications, and videoconferencing services.
HONOLULU, HI, March 9, 2010 – ActionPacked! Networks, announced today that it will host a series of educational webinars focused on Cisco quality of service (QoS) topics beginning in March. The company, a leading provider of interactive QoS software solutions for use with real-time services including voice, video, and Unified Communications, will offer its one-hour training sessions free of charge to network engineers and other interested parties.

The first ActionPacked! webinar in the series titled “The New Way to Do Cisco QoS,” will debut on March 11 showcasing practical methods for ensuring that real-time services such as voice over IP, videoconferencing, and Unified Communications achieve their desired performance levels without oversubscribing available bandwidth.
The second webinar titled “Cool Cisco Router Features for Deploying Real Time Services,” is scheduled for March 24 and will describe some lesser known Cisco features that can significantly enhance network performance and stability without the need for additional equipment or bandwidth.
