Training event will focus on managing Cisco QoS with cloud-based applications.

HONOLULU, HI – March 14, 2011 –ActionPacked! Networks, a leading developer of intelligent software for managing Cisco quality-of-service (QoS), announced today that it is sponsoring an online training session on March 16 to help network engineers understand how to apply QoS to their cloud-based applications. Presented by ActionPacked Systems Engineer and voice expert David McDaniel, CCIE #20501, the free one hour session will feature real-world examples of popular cloud applications including GoogleApps, SalesForce, Basecamp, and Amazon web services.

The class titled “Managing Cisco QoS with Cloud-Based Applications” will cover the following topics:

  2. Things to consider when implementing QoS with cloud-based applications
  3. Step-by-step methodology for configuring QoS for cloud-based applications
  4. Tools and methods for monitoring, troubleshooting and optimizing QoS settings
