Technologies Supported
LiveAction software currently supports QoS, NetFlow, Routing, and IP SLA. Settings and information for each of these technologies can be accessed with a single click on the corresponding technology tab.
QoS
LiveAction QoS is a LiveAction software option for configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting quality of service (QoS) for Cisco routers and switches. The software empowers IT engineers of all experience levels to create, edit, implement, and monitor highly effective QoS policies on live networks with complete ease and confidence.
Flow
LiveAction Flow starts with a network topology view that provides a crystal clear view of live traffic flow activity across the network. From this topology view, users can quickly drill down to individual devices or interfaces for more detail. This unique approach makes it easy to find troublesome spots on the network and allows users to switch effortlessly to other LiveAction modules such as LiveAction QoS, Routing, and IP SLA.
Routing
LiveAction Routing provides real-time routing layer visualizations for Cisco networks. In addition, the module’s policy-based routing feature provides a high degree of control allowing users to route traffic easily and predictably over user-specified paths.
IP SLA
LiveAction IP SLA makes Cisco IOS IP service level agreement (SLA) operations easily accessible for generating synthetic network traffic to monitor latency, loss, jitter, and mean opinion core (MOS) for VoIP. Its highly interactive graphical interface delivers the functionality and flexibility of IP SLA features without the need to learn and use Cisco device command lines.
